Circulon Elite features the Total® Hi-Low food release system exclusive to Circulon which combines hi-low wave technology, with the most advanced non-stick formula available today. The hi-low interior groove system not only gives a high resistance to abrasion but requires very little or no oil, making for healthier cooking and will outlast all other non-sticks guaranteed.
The stylish, non-stick, easy clean exterior is complemented by close fitting, tempered glass and stainless steel lids that provide a controlled cooking environment, which preserves nutrients and textures, whilst allowing 'see through' cooking convenience. The stainless steel and silicone, slip free, safety grip handles are riveted for maximum durability and are oven safe up to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
