If you are normally at work during the daytime, it is advisable to either have your order sent to your place of work or to a neighbour or friend who can sign the receipt for you.

We Pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to have your order picked, packed and delivered within 2-3 working days (Please see below for Arthur Price Cutlery , Kitchen Trolleys and Pot Racks). We will inform you if there may be a delay; please inform us if this level of service is not upheld.

Confirmation of receipt and acknowledgement of your Order will be sent to you by Email. Please note for orders being delivered to a separate delivery address than the card holders registered address, there may be a 24 hour delay for further security checks.

For T & G and kitchen trolleys and Hahn Pot Racks please allow up to 14 working days and for Eddingtons and Catskill kitchen trolleys please allow up to 28 days. Delivery to Mainland U.K. only. For Arthur Price Of England products please allow up to 10 working days.

Please allow up to 4 working days for UK Offshore and up to 10 working days for Non-UK deliveries. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver kitchen trolleys to Highlands, UK Offshore and Non-UK delivery destinations.

All prices shown are per packed box, if we are unable to dispatch your order in one box we will contact you regarding any extra delivery cost.

Please note for all Non- UK orders we are only able to deliver to the registered cardholders address (unless payment is made via bank transfer) and that all product guarantees are valid only within the UK.
