But, most importantly using the pressure cooker will speed up all your cooking so that it will take half the usual time. Not only that, but the cooking process actually pushes lots of flavour into your food.
As well as being quicker and more nutritious, I think it`s also a better way to cook stews, rice, couscous and steamed puddings than any other conventional method.
