The Limited Edition 28cm Cast Iron Oval Roasting Pot is available in Volcanic and Cerise and is based on a traditional Le Creuset casserole design which dates back to the 1940s. With only 1000 produced, it is the perfect gift for someone special. It is ideal for one pot roasting in the oven but can also be used on the hob for making gravy and browning meats (take care on ceramic hobs). Cast iron's excellent heat retention properties means you only need to use low to medium heats and the piece will keep hot for some time on the table.
