|Making A Purchase You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.|
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
(d) where goods ordered by you are not available;
(e) if we do not deliver to your area;
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
|Shipping And Handling FREE DELIVERY TO MAINLAND U.K. on all orders over £40 in value by City Link on weekdays during normal working hours. £4.95 charge for all orders below £40 in value (delivery by City Link 1-2 working days) £2.00 charge for all orders below £20 in value (delivery by Royal Mail 3-5 working days). If you are normally at work during the daytime, it is advisable to either have your order sent to your place of work or to a neighbour or friend who can sign the receipt for you.
|Delivery Schedule We Pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to have your order picked, packed and delivered within 1-2 working days via City Link or 3-5 working days via Royal Mail (Please see below for Arthur Price Cutlery , Kitchen Trolleys and Dualit toasters). We will inform you if there may be a delay; please inform us if this level of service is not upheld.|
Confirmation of receipt and acknowledgement of your Order will be sent to you by Email. Please note for orders being delivered to a separate delivery address than the card holders registered address, there may be a 24 hour delay for further security checks.
For T & G and kitchen trolleys please allow up to 14 working days and for Eddingtons and Catskill kitchen trolleys please allow up to 28 days. Delivery to Mainland U.K. only. For Arthur Price Of England products please allow up to 10 working days. For Dualit toasters please call for availability.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us , at our contact details, of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 3-5 days (or the applicable time limit for Pot Racks, Arthur Price Cutlery and Kitchen Trolleys) of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us at our contact details of the problem within 10 days of our maximum delivery period from the date on which you ordered the goods.

|Credit Card Security When an order is placed at our website you will be taken to the secure payment page of our payment processor Actinic Payments where they will securely handle your credit or debit card details.|
When payment is made by credit card or debit card online at no point are your card details seen or stored by us. The card details are processed by our chosen card processor who are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
If you choose to make your payment over the phone your details will not be stored and will be handled and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS requirements.
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS FOR GOODS
This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our retunrs policy below.
You can return goods in a resalable condition and with all original packaging you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less (if for any reason the these costs have not been paid by you) the costs of delivery to us.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: -
* in the event that the product has been used
* in the event that the product has not be returned in a resalable condition
* in the event that the product has not be returned with all original packaging
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
