Jamie Oliver Hard Anodised Wok
A solid aluminium core provides exceptional heat distribution for outstanding performance.
The hard anodised exterior is tough and durable to cope with everyday use.
Titanium particles are added to the Titanium non-stick coating on the interior of the pan for extra resiliance against scratching from metal utensils (which can be used with the exception of knives and whisks).
It also provides outstanding food release when cooking. Tefal's Thermo-Spot technology indicates when the wok has been pre-heated to the optimum temperature, giving you a reassuring sizzle as soon your food hits the pan.
A sturdy riveted stainless steel handle and helper handle both feature a silicone insert to provide extra comfort and grip.
This Hard Anodised Wok can be used on all types of hob including induction. It is also ovenproof to 210°C.
For easy cleaning the Wok can be washed in a dishwasher.
