Joseph Joseph Index Advance Non-slip Chopping Board Set - Index Advance is the latest generation of multi-award-winning Joseph Joseph Index chopping board categorisation system, designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types.
Its four colour-coded chopping boards now boast convenient, non-slip feet on both sides and index-style tabs with contrasting, soft-grip illustrations, ensuring the boards are even easier to select for each food type.
New unique specialised cutting surface per board: meat board (Red) features an exterior juice groove, vegetable board (green) features and exterior slopping rim, fish board (blue) features a central fish grip and cooks board (white) features and all over crumb catcher.
With Joseph Joseph Index Advance preparing vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food, is now even safer.
