Judge Milk Thermometer
The Judge Milk Frothing Thermometer is a useful little to gadget to have if you want to make the perfect cappuccino or latte.
When you are frothing or foaming milk for coffee it is important not to overheat it.If you do, proteins in the milk will start to break down and release sugars that alter the flavour.
This thermometer attaches firmly to the side of a frothing jug and its long probe will measure the temperature of the milk as it heats.
The optimum temperature for milk should be between 65-70°C and this is clearly marked with a red zone on the thermometer.
