MinoSharp 2 piece Guide Rail Set
Large & small size stainless-steel guide rails to aid in achieving the correct angle when sharpening.
Large rail guide is suitable for knives 15cm or bigger and the smaller rail guide is suitable for knives 15cm or smaller.
Recommended to use with whetstone sharpening with the angle set to 15 degrees and will work with any brand of knives. These effectively attach to the spine of the knife holding the correct sharpening angles securely.
