CTX also utilises Scanpan's durable Stratanium non-stick coating. Designed for fat-free cooking, this exceptional non-stick surface is free from PFOA and PFOS and is comprised of multiple-layers of coatings that include both small and large hard particles that interlock with thermally sprayed layers to reinforce the coating. The result is a thicker surface that is 30% stronger offering 30% more efficient food release whilst prolonging its overall lifetime by 30%. It also means the coating is safe to use with metal utensils whilst being easier to clean. Its strong design elements are further enhanced by a stylish brushed steel exterior.
