Wow, we've won another award, and to say we are chuffed is an understatement of massive proportion! For the second year running we have won Britain’s Best Retail Website at the prestigious 2016 Housewares Innovation Awards, beating some of the best in the business along the way.

Housewares Innovation Award Evening

The awards were organised by Datateam Business Media Group, publishers of Housewares Magazine and its digital partner Housewareslive.net. They took place in Birmingham, where nearly 400 people descended upon the brand new Vox Conference Centre to celebrate excellence in the housewares sector.

The evening was hosted by award-winning journalist, broadcaster and writer Jay Rayner. He welcomed guests and presented the awards either side of a sumptuous three-course meal.

Commenting on the evening, event director, Hannah Dedman said:  “These awards are designed to shine a spotlight on the UK’s most outstanding retailers and suppliers for ensuring that the end user, the consumer, gets the service, quality, style and functionality they expect.”

The Best Retail Website Award was sponsored by JWP Ltd and the other finalists in the category were the Aga Cookshop, ProCook and household giants Lakeland.

Retail categories were judged by an expert panel that comprised Patrick Gardner (T&G Woodware); Melanie Harradine (MJ Harradine); Patrick Winters (Pendeford Housewares); Lisa Scott (Gourmet Gadgetry); Peter Battersby (Charles Viancin); Russell Elmes (Russ Elmes Agencies) and Kevin Towler (Kevin Towler Agencies).
