If you are serious about homemade pizza you need a Boska Pizza Peel Shovel. Made from high quality aluminium and oak, this pizza peel shovel is suitable for pizzas up to 30cm in diameter.
Perfect for safely transferring unbaked and baked pizzas and bread from the oven, pizza oven or barbecue. Sprinkling a thin layer of flour onto the peel before placing the unbaked pizza into the oven or onto a pizza stone will ensure it slides easily and smoothly off the peel.
This pizza peel's patented handle is in the shape of a garden shovel and is designed for easy one handed use. You can also use the handle to hang up the pizza peel shovel when it is not being used.
Wash the Boska Pizza Peel Shovel in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly after use and it will provide many years of service.
