Their Damascus steel blades are forged in Germany, have a Rockwell hardness of 61 and are taper ground to produce a strong and sharp cutting edge. The stylish wooden handles are handcrafted from finest Italian olive wood enhancing the look of the knives as well as adding weight and balance. An integral metal plate is added to provide weight and balance. The range incorporates seven knives which cover all key food preparation tasks.
