The new range of professional kitchen knives from Le Creuset have 60 years of manufacturing experience behind them. Their Damascus steel blades are forged in Germany, have a Rockwell hardness of 61 and are taper ground to produce a strong and sharp cutting edge. The two-piece hollow ergonomic stainless steel handle is welded top and bottom and where it joins the blade, and provides a comfortable and safe grip. An integral metal plate is added to provide weight and balance. The range incorporates seven knives which cover all key food preparation tasks.
