READY, SET, BAKE!

The Great British Bake Off has finally returned to our screens for its tenth year and we couldn't be more excited! With keen bakers across the nation poised to bake along we have pulled together a list of essential tools, gadgets and gizmos that will help you to master the technical challenges and create stunning showstoppers. You may spot some of this kit on the show, but other items are just things we don't think any baker should be without.

Stand Mixers

No Bake Off inspired page would be complete without the iconic KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer. Used throughout most of their series, the last few have featured the pastel shades of Pistachio, Ice Blue and Almond Cream. We've also dropped in our Exclusive Velvet Blue colour in case you're looking for something a little different...

If you're a regular baker then a stand mixer is well worth the investment as they are great for cake mixes, pastry, biscuit or cookie dough, bread and pizza dough, whisking eggs and whipping cream.

Mixing Bowls

The Mason Cash mixing bowl is a real kitchen classic and has been used in household kitchens for decades. The original Cane mixing bowl is available in a range of sizes and there are now Colour Mix bowls in a range of different shades.

If you're after something a little more basic, then Pyrex glass mixing bowls may not have the same iconic design, but they also do a great job.

Storage Jars

It's important to have somewhere to safetly store your flour, sugar, and other dry ingredients. In the Bake Off tent, that role is fullfilled by Kilner Clip Top Jars as they are perfect for the job. They have an airtight seal to keep the contents fresh and come in a range of sizes making them ideal for everything from herbs and spices to your full range of flours and other baking essentials.

Baking Utensils

There are certain utensils that are an absolute necessity for any baker. The Mason Cash Innovative Kitchen range features stylish looking implements that serve a dual purpose making them great for saving space in a busy or small kitchen.

We've also given some links to some other categories where you can take a look through our full range of utensils.

Kitchen Electricals

Next to your stand mixer, there are a number of other kitchen electricals that can offer a helping hand in the kitchen. The Dualit Hand Mixer has been seen on GBBO and is a popular choice for quick mixes. Magimix food processors have also made an appearance on the show over the years due to their versatility,

We also have a wide range of KitchenAid Hand Mixers and Food Processors that would both look great paired up with a stand mixer...
