This Global Ni fluted 11cm oriental cooks knife is the smallest of the Global Ni cook's knives, a pretty little knife suitable for lots of little kitchen tasks.
Hand forged from a single piece of Cromova 18 stainless steel the seamless design is both pleasing on the eye and hygienic, providing strength, durability and a long lasting, ultra-sharp blade.
Manufactured by Yoshikin in Niigata, Japan, using exclusive CROMOVA 18 high carbon stainless steel.
Superior razor sharp edge ground steeply to a point on an acute angle holding a sharper edge for longer.
Precisely balanced hollow sand filled handle. Excellent stain resistance and edge retention
