Taking inspiration from this design Joseph Joseph have updated this well used and well-loved kitchen gadget with a design that is both safer and more compact. The Joseph Joseph Mezzaluna features pivoting handles with a sharp stainless steel blade, ideal for chopping herbs and garlic, after use the handles fold back over the blade protecting the blade for safe compact storage in a drawer.
