The third blade is for peeling soft fruits like kiwi and mango, peeling the skin without damaging the delicate fruit.
There is also an integrated potato eye remover. The three sided blades are easily switched by pressing the large button and releasing the blade unit and rotating before popping back into the handle unit.
The Tri-Peeler is BPA free and made from food safe materials.
Dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.
