This Le Creuset Signature 24cm Round Sauteuse pan, finished in cerise, is perfect for slow cooked dishes such as stews and casseroles as well as soups.

Its sloping sides and added surface area make it ideal for simmering and reducing whilst its cast iron construction provides quick and even heat distribution. Cast iron is also very good at retaining heat making this sauteuse a perfect serving dish.

The lid features a stainless steel knob, ergonomically designed for easy lifting even when wearing oven gloves. The large side handles as also designed for easy lifting when wearing oven gloves.
