The pre-set cooking functions allow for simple operation - low and high slow cook, sear, saute, steam, risotto and rice.

The steaming function is perfect for poultry, seafood and vegetables retaining more nutrients than boiling would. Perfect, creamy risotto can be made without having to spend 40 minutes at the stove stirring.

The Risotto Plus achieves this by gently agitating the rice grains with bubbles to release the starch.

A handy 'keep warm' setting activates automatically when cooking finishes, keeping rice and slow cooked food warm for up to 5 hours and risotto for 30 minutes before switching off.

A neat little feature on the Risotto Plus is the ability to remove the power cord allowing you to serve directly at the table (it also makes storage easier). Cleaning is easy once you have finished using the Risotto Plus. The non-stick cooking bowl is removable and dishwasher safe, as is the tempered domed glass lid.

Also included with the Risotto Plus is a rice scoop, serving spoon and stainless steel steaming tray.
