This Swiss Diamond XD Induction 32cm Wok with Lid & Tempura Rack is perfect for cooking your favourite Asian dishes without the need for additional oil. No need to scrub or soak this wok, thanks to the diamond reinforced non-stick surface that provides years of trouble free cooking and easy clean up. Simply wash with warm water and a soft, soapy sponge for immediate food release. Contains an extra thick aluminum base that will not tip, spin or warp. Provides uniform heat distribution consistently. Supplied with a heat tempered glass lid that features an adjustable steam vent, allowing you complete control over the amount of moisture in your dish. Oven safe up to 260°C. Dishwasher safe though hand washing recommended.
