The Alfresco Chef Milano Red Wood Fired Outdoor Pizza Oven
The Alfresco Chef Milano red wood fired outdoor pizza oven has a 8cm ceramic fibre insulation with 3cm thick fire brick floor tiles. The insulation of the pizza oven allow it to heat over 400°C quickly and ready to cook in 20 minutes. The heat stays constant in the oven so that the pizza is cooked evenly for delicious results.
The stand is easy to assemble and provides a stable yet mobile support for the oven. The wheels allow the oven to be moved easily to storage as well as the lower platform offering storages for cooking utensils or logs.
The positioning of the door allows a generous 75 x 80cm cooking area with the ability to cook 2 pizzas at a time.
The Milano red wood pizza oven additionally includes a preparation table either side so that tools can be placed easily or extra ingredients can be prepared and added to your pizza.
