Viners 3 Stage Knife Sharpener
This Viners knife sharpener adopts a three-stage process to achieve a razor sharp edge.
Start by placing the heel of the blade into slot 1 and draw the blade back through making sure the whole length of the blade is covered.
The diamond-coated rods in this first slot prepare yout knife by re-balancing and repairing your blade.
Repeat this process two or three times and then repeat the same procedure in slot 2.
This slot has tungsten steel blades to sharpen the blade, forming the perfect 'v' shape.
The final slot uses ceramic rods to polish the blade, removing any burrs and nicks in the process.
The non-slip soft grip handle provides both safety and comfort.
