The innovative Assure Colour Code Knife Block and Board Set from Viners combines knife safety and food preparation safety in this colourful and stylish set. The set contains 1x 8"/20cm Chefs Knife, 1x 8"/20cm Carving Knife, 1x 6"/15.5cm Santoku Knife, 1x 5"/12.5cm Utility Knife, 4x 18cm x 25cm x 1.5cm Chopping Boards and 1x Rubber Wood Block.

Each of the Assure knives correlates with a chopping board to help prevent cross contamination between raw and cooked food. For compact storage each knife slides neatly into the relevant coloured chopping board which in turn are housed in the wood block.

Assure knives herald a new era in knife safety. The squared tip has been designed to maximise safe use without compromising on performance. They also feature soft touch handles for added comfort and grip and have a colour coded bolster which provides extra balance towards the centre of the knife.
