This cooling rack liner prevents cakes, bread and pastries from sticking when left cool after baking, resulting in a smooth and even finish on tasty treats such as sponge or fruit cake.
The open mesh on this liner allows air and moisture to circulate, preventing soggy bottoms. Dimensions: 40cm x 25cm. Non-stick and reusable. Gently wipe with a cloth or sponge to clean any remaining residue.
