Please note: To limit our usage of cardboard packaging, some products may be delivered in the manufacturer's packaging where it is of sufficient quality to protect the product. If plain packaging is required then please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Information & Terms
Orders to UK Mainland addresses can qualify for a number of delivery options. All costs for these options can be found in the table above. The cut off to specify the following working day is 12 noon.
• Specified Date; Items will be delivered on the date that you specify. You can select a date more than 2 weeks in advance, including both weekdays and weekends. Bank holidays and busy periods over Christmas and sale periods may not be available for selection.
• Weekend Delivery; Items will be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday) on Friday to qualify for delivery on a weekend. To choose a Saturday or Sunday delivery at checkout, select the ‘Specified Date’ option and select the correct weekend day.
Please note: to send items to a Courier Collection/Pickup Point, please select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at checkout. All delivery estimates and costs for this option can be found in the table above.
Click & Collect options are available through DPD Ship to Shop / Parcel Shop and EVRI Parcel Shops.
There is also an option to place your order for collection from our Harts of Stur store.
Our Click & Collect service offers a convenient way to order your parcels for collection from a local pickup location at your earliest convenience.
There are thousands of Parcel Shop locations. With one within 10 minutes drive of 93% of the UK, and 5 minutes walk within Central London, you're never too far away.
You will be sent a code via email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect. Simply take this code, along with photo ID to the relevant Parcel Shop.
How It Works
Place Your Order
- Browse and shop online as usual.
- At checkout, choose Harts Click & Collect. This is a FREE service.
- If you are within a 20-mile radius, Harts of Stur will appear as your top Click & Collect option.
Wait for Confirmation
- Once your order is prepared and ready to collect, you will receive an email notification from us.
- This email will include your Order Number and Collection Instructions.
(If you have not received the confirmation email, please wait before travelling to the store.)
Collect Your Order
- Visit us at Harts of Stur, located at the front of the shop.
- Please bring the following:
- Your Order Number (as shown in the email)
- A valid form of ID (passport, driving licence, or similar)
Some Exclusions & Exceptions
Please note: We are only able to deliver knives to UK addresses (mainland and offshore).
Knives are not for sale to any persons under the age of 18. By placing an order with Harts of Stur you are declaring that you are 18 or over. An age verification check is carried out during the checkout process for any orders containing knives.
All orders containing knives or other bladed items are delivered by Age Verified Delivery only. The AVD carrier may request proof of age in order to deliver your parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver. Accepted forms of ID are; a photo driving licence, a passport, a proof of age card (such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme) Costs for delivery can be found in the table above.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver electrical goods, stoneware (such as china and porcelain) or glass items outside of the UK.
Special Order Products
Some items are marked as special order products and will have different despatch and delivery times. These are outlined below;

Eddingtons Trolleys; These trolleys can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of Eddingtons Trolleys.

Catskill Trolleys; These trolleys can only be delivered to UK Mainland addresses. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of Catskill Trolleys.
Arthur Price Of England Cutlery; For Arthur Price Of England cutlery marked as ‘Special Order Product’, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Please also be aware that on orders over €150 (excluding VAT and postage) the recipient will be responsible for any import/customs duties or taxes where applicable.
Knives can only be delivered to UK addresses (via an Age Verified Delivery service).
Stoneware, glass and electrical items can only be delivered to UK addresses (including UK Offshore).
Please note that we are unable to deliver to any countries that are not listed under the tabs below.
The UK Offshore delivery zone includes; Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands etc.
