Bialetti Brikka 4 Cup Coffee Maker Black
The Bialetti Brikka 4 cup aluminium stovetop coffee maker is the only Bialetti coffee maker capable of producing the cream of the espresso. The is thanks to a silicone membrane inside the coffee maker. Cream is created through liquid lamination as opposed to pressure in other models of coffee maker. The result is a more compact and thick cream with less bubbles on the surface. The main benefits of this include a higher coffee volume in the cup - from 130ml to 150ml, thicker cream - from 20ml to 25ml and hotter coffee - from 65°C to 70°C.
Suitable for all hobs, excluding induction.
