Compact, yet powerful, the Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro is the ideal size for processing smaller batch quantities - perfect for chopping onions, making breadcrumbs or mixing dips and pureeing sauces.
With just two buttons - chop and grind - the Mini Prep Pro is simple to use too.
The high-grade stainless steel blade also has a reversible action for more efficient results.
The bowl has a 900ml capacity and the lid features drizzle holes for adding liquids during operation - perfect when making mayonnaise.
The BladeLock system ensures the blade stays safely in place when pouring and both the blade, bowl and lid can be placed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
