The Cuisinart Mini Food Processor is a kitchen 'must have' item. Robustly made from brushed stainless steel with a 600ml Lexan work bowl, this mini food processor features a patented reversible motor that powers a dual blade. This dual blade is sharp on one side and blunt on the other. The sharp side is used for chopping onions, garlic, herbs and spices. It can also be used to puree dips, sauces and baby food, either hot or cold. The blunt side is used for grinding coffee, peppercorns, nuts and chocolate. Two holes on the top of the lid allow oil to be drizzled through. All removable parts are dishwasher safe. Supplied with a 5 year Cuisinart guarantee.
