The Dexam terracotta cheese baker with lid is the perfect authentic way to cook a warm cheeses. This style of baking traps in all the flavour for the perfect soft and delicious cheese.
The glazed interior of the terracotta baker means that it doesn't need seasoning before use. The natural terracotta material makes this baker ideal for baking, searing, steaming and roasting not just only cheese but other cheese or ingredients. The terracotta baker can also be served from the oven to the table as it will retain heat for keeping the food warm. The baker is safe for use in the oven up to 220°C.
