The Dexam terracotta chicken roaster with lid is the perfect authentic way to cook a whole chicken. This style of cooking traps in all the moisture and flavour for the perfect roasted chicken meal.
The glazed interior of the terracotta roaster means that it doesn't need seasoning before use. The natural terracotta material makes this roaster ideal for baking, searing, steaming and roasting not just only chicken but fish and other meats. The terracotta roaster can also be served from the oven to the table as it will retain heat for keeping the food warm. The roaster is safe for use in the oven up to 220°C.
