The graded scale senses heat from the eggs, changing colour to show soft, medium or hard boiled eggs, which is more accurate than traditional timing for perfect eggs every time.
For best results, both eggs and timer should be placed in room temperature water & be brought to a medium boil.
After use, the timer should not be immersed in cold water but be left to cool down naturally.
