The new XL Deep Tart Dish from Emile Henry makes baking and serving simple, distributing the heat gently and evenly during the cooking and maintaining the temperature once presented on the table.
Lightly butter and sprinkle with flour or sugar before adding the dough to ensure easy release when serving.
The 32 cm diameter allows 10 generous servings of pie, sweet or savoury tart, or even a delicious crumble.
Its very resistant, smooth and shiny glaze is fit for everyday uses.
You can cut inside, put it through the dishwasher, even clean it with an abrasive sponge and the glaze will show resistance.
