The divided dough balls will rise and bake in the oven with the lid covering to form a perfect crown. The lid and base fit inside each other for easy storage.
Beautifully glazed in a black finish, the Emile Henry crown bread baker is made in France and is complete with a 10 year warranty.
The black crown bread baker materials are free from lead, cadmium and nickel.
Dimensions: 30.5 x 30.5 x 10cm. Capacity 1.9 litres.
Suitable for use in the oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher withstanding temperatures of -20°C to 270°C.
