The Fireup Cast Iron Classic Blue 2 Litre Braiser features an iconic fin design and the perfect addition to your home cooking. Perfect for slow cooked and flavour packed meals.
Made in France and cast from recycled iron to provide superior heat distribution and is suitable for use on a wide range of cooking sources; oven, gas, electric, ceramic, grill, induction and aga cookers.
The premium, toughened and chip-resistant enamel coating is naturally free from cadmium and lead and is 100% safe to cook in and healthy to eat from.
The perfectly fitting lid retains the flavour of cooking by trapping in moisture and includes an oven safe stylish gold finish stainless steel knob that adds elegance to the signature fin blue exterior.
The large ergonomic handles provide a secure and sturdy grip, even when using bulky oven gloves and serving from the oven, straight to the table.
The braiser is easy to clean due to the superior enamel coating, just soak any stubborn food residue in warm water and pat dry thoroughly before storing to prevent rust spots.
Fireup proudly stands behind the quality of its products providing a 20 year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.
