The Gastroback Vita-Spin-Fryer removes up to 60% more fat after frying than conventional fryers thanks to its innovative spinning action.
The variable 2000 watt high-performance thermostat provides gentle frying for a variety of foods such as chips, chicken nuggets and tempura. The Vita-Spin-Fryer features a basket-lift function for easy removal, an immersion heater, a lid with window and push-button for easy opening, a removable 2.5 litre non-stick oil tank and a timer with indicator light.
The Gastroback Vita-Spin-Fryer really comes into its own with its innovative spinning action. Much like a salad spinner removes excess water from lettuce leaves, the Vita-Spin-Fryer uses centrifugal force to remove excess fat from food after frying - leaving up to 60% less fat than convention deep fryers. There are two speeds so delicate foods won't be damaged as well as a timer with indicator light.
For your safety the Vita-Spin-Fryer has a safety shut-off.
