This Global 3 Piece Knife Starter Set contains the following Global Knives: Global G-2 Cooks Knife, Global GS-5 14cm Vegetable Knife and the Global GSF-15 8cm Paring Knife.
Each knife is crafted from quality Cromova18 Stainless Steel.
Designed by Komin Yamada and made in Japan.
This Global 3 Piece Knife Starter Set is perfect if you are new to Global knives and wish to introduce these quality knives to your kitchen.
Alternatively, if you have purchased a Global knife before and wish to extend your collection, this set contains everything you need.
G-2 Global Knife: Blade length measures 20cm.
GSF-15 Global Knife: Blade length measures 8cm.
GS-5 Global Knife: Measures 14cm.
Superior razor sharp edge ground steeply to a point on an acute angle holding a sharper edge for longer.
Smooth contours and seamless construction, eliminates food or dirt traps offering the ultimate safety and hygiene.
Ice Hardened to Rockwell 56-58, giving a keen edge which is easily sharpened.
All Global Knives are suitable for handwashing.
