This Global board and knife set includes a sustainable bamboo board that is reversible for preparing a variety of ingredients.
Included in this lovely set is a GS-5 Global chopping knife, ideal for preparing a wide variety of vegetables plus a G-76 Global mincing knife which is perfect for fresh herbs and intricate ingredients like garlic and spices.
