This Global G-804690 3 Piece Knife Set comprises a G-80 18cm Fluted Santoku Knife, a GS-90 13cm Fluted Santoku Knife and a GSF-46 8cm Peeling Knife.

Crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58, each blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required.

Hollow handles are filled with sand to provide excellent balance (the GSF-46 peeling knife has a solid handle) whilst the classic Global dotted handles provide a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.

GLOBAL G-80 18cm FLUTED SANTOKU KNIFE - designed for slicing, dicing and mincing, this is a great all-purpose knife that benefits from a fluted blade to reduce adhesion and improve food release, particularly useful when cutting starchy vegetables.

GLOBAL GS-90 13cm FLUTED SANTOKU KNIFE - a smaller version of the G-80, this fluted knife is great for cutting up small vegetables and fruit.
