Manufactured by Yoshikin in Niigata, Japan, using exclusive CROMOVA 18 high carbon stainless steel, Global knives posses a superior razor sharp edge which is ground steeply to a point on an acute angle to provide a sharper edge that lasts longer. Smooth contours and a seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate safety and hygiene.
GLOBAL G-9 BREAD KNIFE: 22cm blade that will cut through the thickest of crusts. Can also be used for some tough meats and crackling.
GLOBAL G-2 COOK'S KNIFE: With a blade length of 20cm, it is the ideal chef/cooks knife and perfect for general kitchen tasks.
GLOBAL GS-11 FLEXIBLE UTILITY KNIFE: Flexible 11cm blade for filleting and carving, especially good for filleting small fish such as sea bass.

Cleaning Global knives is straightforward and easy, simply wash your knife immediately after use in warm water with a mild detergent. Dry with a soft cloth.

The carrier may request proof of age in order to deliver your parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver.
