Global knives are crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. Each blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer.
The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.
