Index is the original multi-award-winning chopping board categorisation system from Joseph Joseph, designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types.
The stylish storage case contains four individual chopping boards. Each board is colour-coded and has its own illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for. With Index you can prepare vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately.
