The Judge Electricals Knife Honer & Sharpener allows a wide range of knives to be sharpened precisely even the types of knives that require only one side to be sharpened.
The knife sharpener features fine honing slots, left and right hand, plus precision honing slots, both left and right hand. These are set individually so you can choose both sides of the blade to be sharpened or just the one side.
The knife sharpener is safe to use at home and is perfect for everyday use. Ideal for use with alloy, stainless steel and carbon knives.
