Kasumi 12cm Utility Knife
This Kasumi 12cm utility knife is made from 32 layer Damascus steel with a 59-60 Rockwell hardness.
The full tang laminated wooden handle is riveted for extra strength and durability.
The 12cm utility knife is a good small utility knife that can be used for any purpose. The thin blade makes it good for filleting small fish or just cutting up bits of fruit in the kitchen.
