Kilner Fermentation Lid With Airlock
The Kilner Fermentation Lid with airlock is designed for use with a 3L Kilner Jar, allowing you to make probiotic-rich food at home.
Fermented food such as sauerkraut, kimchi and pickles, is packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures and is straightforward to make by adding water and salt to your favourite vegetables.
Made from premium silicone, the lid combines an airlock which creates an anaerobic atmosphere, perfect for fermenting food. The airlock allows the built up gas from the fermenting process to escape without letting atmospheric air back in which can cause the contents to spoil.
The Kilner Fermentation Lid with airlock is presented in a gift box.
