ADJUSTABLE EXACTSLICE SLICING DISC - allows you to externally select the thickness (from thin to thick) of soft and hard fruit and vegetables, cheese, chocolate and other similar ingredients.
MULTI-PURPOSE BLADE - made from stainless steel, this blade can be used for chopping, mincing and pureeing or for mixing sauces, batters and doughs.
DOUGH BLADE - use to quickly and thoroughly knead yeast doughs.
REVERSIBLE FINE & MEDIUM SHREDDING DISC - for shredding soft and hard vegetables, hard fruit, cheese and other similar ingredients.
DICING KIT - transform fruit, vegetables and cheese into perfect dices quickly and easily. The dicing clean out tool will push any extra food through the grid.
STORAGE/REFRIGERATOR LID - helps keep ingredients stored directly in the work bowl fresh.
3.1L WORK BOWL WITH HINGED LID - locked by means of a latch, the hinged lid is leak resistant. With a sealed handle and interlock, the BPA-free bowl has rounded edges and a smooth finish for easier cleaning. The 3-in-1 wide mouth feed tube and 3-in-1 food pusher allows a variety of shapes and sizes of ingredient to be processed. For emulsifying sauces and dressings, oil can be added via the small pusher which has a small hole in the bottom for the oil to drizzle through at a constant rate.
DRIVE ADAPTER - mounts onto the drive pin and is used to attach the blades and discs.
All accessories are dishwasher safe (top rack).
