Boasts a long lasting design that can withstand temperatures, plus it has an internal proofing guide.
Compatible with KitchenAid 4.3L or 4.8L Stand Mixers.
The ceramic bowl lid traps steam whilst baking, to mimic a similar environment to a traditional steam oven.
This bowl boasts a 4.7L capacity plus internal rising marks. Capable of processing up to 525g of flour to make a loaf around 450g - 680g.
MIX & KNEAD - Fit the KitchenAid Bread Bowl onto your KitchenAid Stand Mixer (4.3L or 4.8L) in the exact way you would with any other KitchenAid Mixing Bowl. Mix your ingredients and knead them efficiently with the dough hook.
PROOF - When it's time to allow your dough to proof, just leave it in the same bowl. An internal proofing guide helps you to gauge the rise level of the bread inside of the bowl.
