A bagel function is included so the heat is reduced on one side of the elements, this allows the cut side of the bagel to be toasted and the bottom of the bagel to be gently warmed.
Featuring 3.8cm slots for wider bagels, bread and crumpets the deep slots have a manual lift so that browning can be viewed at anytime.
