Please note that if the product is faulty, or is unused and in the box it should be returned under our standard returns/refunds policy and not under the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee.

The 90 Day Money Back Guarantee is managed by KitchenAid and their service providers. Contact and claims under this guarantee should be made with KitchenAid directly under the Terms & Conditions detailed below.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that these terms and conditions do not impact any statutory laws, such as any legal warranty rights or any rights under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

To participate in the KitchenAid 90 Day Money Back Guarantee program you agree to the following:

1. You have purchased a KitchenAid K400 Blender and/or K400 blender accessories between 01/03/2020 and 31/12/2020 (inclusive).

List of KitchenAid K400 Blender models: 5KSB4026, 5KSB4034, 5KSB4054.

List of K400 blender accessories: 5KSB2030PJB, 5KSB2040BBB, 5KSB1CPA, 5KSB2048JGA, KSB2032PJA, KSB2042BB, KSB4048TPR, 5KSB2056JPA.

Accessories will be refunded only in combination with a K400 blender return.

2. You have up to 90 days to trial the product and if not satisfied to notify KitchenAid's consumer care centre of any intention to return the product within that time via email ([email protected]), social media channels or phone call their free number: 00 800 381 040 26.

3. You will need to provide a scan version (or clear picture) of the proof of payment by email.
Proof of payment must contain the following information to be accepted:
- Model number or product description
- Quantity
- Price
- Country of purchase or point of sales address
- Purchase date

4. If the proof of payment is considered as valid, KitchenAid's consumer care centre will plan the collection of the product. You have a maximum of 10 working days to return the product to KitchenAid.

5. A refund will only be provided once the following have been received and checked (1) K400 blender or/and K400 blender accessories, (2) the original purchase receipt.

The Blender must be returned with its original packaging (preferably) and contents, ensuring that it is clean and emptied of all food.

A refund is only valid if, in the opinion of KitchenAid's service partner, the Blender has been used in accordance with the instruction manual.

6. The refund amount will only be for the full invoice of K400 blender and/or K400 accessories purchase price as stated on the purchase receipt/invoice.

7. Allow 30 days to receive the refund to your bank account provided.
