Recipe ideas:

Sweet Potato Buns:

1 sweet potato, 1tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste

Spiralize sweet potato and put in pan of heated oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, season with salt and pepper. Cook until bright orange. Place cooked spriralized sweet potato in a bowl and mix with the egg. Make 4 buns and leave in fridge for min 15 minutes. Cook buns in a medium, hot pan flipping over halfway through. Serve your chosen filling.

Easy Zoodles:

2 Courgettes, 4 cloves of garlic, 1tbsp olive oil, 2 handfuls of spinach, squeeze of lemon, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, parsley, red pepper flakes.

Sauté garlic in olive oil, add sprazlized corgetti. Sautee for 5-7 minutes and add parsley, spinach, red pepper flakes, lemon and season to taste. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
